I may have made my biggest contribution to the software realm so far.
If you use 2FA for your accounts and like cli applications, you may have used 2fa (or at least something similar, it's not the only of its kind). My issue with it is that it saved the file containing the strings in ~/.2fa
and there is no option to move it. There was someone who wanted to add the same feature and made a pull request with the suggested changes, but they were never implemented.
So I forked 2fa
, copied the code needed to allow people to use $XDG_CONFIG_HOME
, and "made" 2fa-xdg
